Enrolling with us
It is compulsory for all trainees entering Internal Medicine Training and Higher Specialist Training to enrol, in order to access the training tools we provide. This includes the ePortfolio, curriculum and assessment methods.
Trainees will be contacted by email with an invitation and information on how to enrol through our Online Enrolment System. For trainees who have recently been appointed to training posts beginning in August 2023 or later, invitations to enrol will be emailed during the week commencing 3 July 2023.
Within the enrolment form you will be asked how you wish to pay your training fees, for more information please see fees and membership. The application form will require you to fill in data detailed in your appointment letter/Form R so please have this to hand.
Once you have enrolled, the initial training programme information will be added to your ePortfolio account within 5 working days. This will not be visible to you until the start date of your programme.
Notice to trainees enrolling a Locum Appointment to Training (LAT)
If you have been appointed to a LAT post and in the future hope to enter a Specialty Training Programme in a medical specialty, you must enrol your post for this period to be counted. You will not be able to enrol through the Online Enrolment system. To enrol please contact enrolments@jrcptb.og.uk with your training information in order to make a payment.
Unless we approve your post, training undertaken during the tenure of a LAT cannot count towards a CCT. If you are appointed to a second or subsequent LAT you must re-enrol.
