Changes to MRCP(UK) Limited Attempts Policy
We are introducing changes to the policy on the maximum number of attempts candidates can take at each part of the diploma (Part 1/Part 2 Written/PACES): Candidates who are applying to sit Part 1 for the first time from the 1 January 2022, will be allowed a maximum of six attempts at each part of MRCP(UK).

MRCP(UK) PACES update
Why is it still taking 6 weeks to release results? The timeline for the release of PACES results was extended to up to 6 weeks in 2020 due to a number of pandemic related factors, including the introduction of virtual examiners for stations 2 & 4 which now means that mark sheets are in multiple locations rather than just one centre.

MRCP(UK) and Specialty Certificate Examinations cancelled until September 2020
As a consequence of the ongoing global COVID-19 situation, the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK has taken the extremely difficult but necessary decision to cancel all MRCP(UK) examinations in the UK and internationally from Monday 16 March until September 2020.
