The Federation has created a single Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Action Plan on behalf of all three UK Physician Colleges and the Federation itself.
The Action Plan collates the main activities, across all Colleges, relevant to Federation's principal functions. Although the current plan is focused on the priorities listed by the GMC for 2022 and 2023, these activities signal the beginning of a wider collaboration between the Federation and three colleges to better support trainees and other postgraduate physicians undertake assessments and complete their training successfully.
