This event has been organised by the JRCPTB, on behalf of the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK and will be hosted on the RCP Player.
The new model of postgraduate physician training is designed to meet the future healthcare needs of patients and the NHS. The new curricula will require all trainees in group 1 specialties to dual train in internal medicine. This will ensure doctors will develop both specialist and generalist skills critical to meeting the evolving and challenging needs in the wider population. The webinar will provide participants with all the information they need to understand these changes and why they have been introduced, how it will affect them and what support is available.
The webinar panel will include, Federation and JRCPTB Medical Directors, Heads of School, SAC leads and the Vice President of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
