Candidates should note that there is an amendment to the MRCP(UK) Appeals Regulations, in paragraph 3.10. This outlines the procedure followed if a candidate is not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal.
To request a review of their appeal decision by the Appeals Adjudication Committee, candidates will now be required to demonstrate that the appeals process was not followed or provide additional evidence that was not considered when the appeal was reviewed initially. The range of options available to the Appeals Adjudication Committee when reviewing an appeal is explained in more detail.
The updated appeals regulations can be found here.
