We are currently reviewing the full details of the latest UK government lockdown restrictions to understand the impact these will have on the upcoming Part 1 exam on 12 January 2021 for candidates sitting in England.

We would advise candidates to monitor the MRCP(UK) website and social media channels for updates. We will inform candidates if there are any changes in the situation. If centres are cancelled, it will not be possible to transfer candidates to sit the online examination on 12 January. Any candidates who are affected by this will be offered the opportunity to sit the contingency examination. Details for this will be communicated to candidates soon.
