MRCP(UK) regularly reviews the guidance provided for candidates and the regulations that govern the examinations.
As part of this process, the regulations for the MRCP(UK) examinations (covering Part 1, Part 2 Written, and Part 2 Clinical (PACES) have been updated to incorporate the amendments introduced last year to support online delivery of the written examinations and the new format for UK PACES.
The regulations have also been simplified to follow the journey undertaken by our candidates as they apply for, sit, and complete the MRCP(UK) Diploma.
Candidates should read the regulations before sitting examinations and are expected to follow them at all stages of taking MRCP(UK).
