MRCP(UK) - Part 1 UK Examination Centres
Candidates are required to send their examination application to the appropriate Administration Office. The application should be sent to the Administration Office that deals with the candidate; first-choice centre; e.g. if Leeds is your first-choice centre, then you need to submit your application form to the Glasgow Administration Office.
Applications will be accepted four weeks before the examination closing date. Please note that if you submit your application form to the wrong Administration Office, your application processing is likely to be delayed.
Please note the maps will open in a new window. When viewing the google map, you are able to navigate in all directions, zoom in / out and locate local amenities. The maps also allow users to enter their postcode to obtain directions to the respective examination centres.
Disclaimer
The maps displayed on this website are from an alternative source to those which the Royal Colleges send to examination candidates as hard copies due to licensing reasons. Maps of the UK examination centres are obtained from a variety of sources including the examination centres themselves. As a result of this there are differences between the two maps.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
The number of examination places available at any one centre is limited and candidates are advised to apply early. Application forms and details of the Examination in the UK are available only from the three Royal Colleges of Physicians - please see the Contacts section below.
Candidates must specify on their application form at which centre they wish to sit the Examination and are requested to give a second and third choice of centre, to which they will be allocated automatically if their first (or second) choice is full.
