Important Information on Completion of the PACES Marksheets

Please note that failure to comply with the following instructions will mean a delay in the processing of candidate results.

1.

Please check all marksheets carefully for correct entry and completion of Centre Number, Candidate Number and Examiner Number e.g.

 


2.

Number boxes should be scored individually and not scored across columns for double digits:


3.

Centre/Candidate Numbers of less than four digits must be scored using prefixed Zero/s:

 

4.

A Scenario Number is required at stations 2, 4 and 5.

5.

Additional comments for feedback can be recorded on the reverse of the marksheet, please ensure that it is indicated which skill the examiner’s comments apply to.

 

6.

All 16 marksheets must be collated per candidate and in order (i.e. 1-1 2-2 etc.)

 

7.

Please ensure that all examiners sign their marksheets. Unidentifiable marksheets will be returned to the Centre before they can be processed and will therefore result in a further delay to the computer scanning process.
