A scenario number is required at stations 2, 4 and 5.

Additional comments for feedback can be recorded on the reverse of the marksheet. Please ensure that it is indicated which skill the examiner's comments apply to.

All 16 marksheets must be collated per candidate and in order (i.e. 1-1 2-2 etc.)

Please ensure that all examiners sign their marksheets. Unidentifiable marksheets will be returned to the Centre before they can be processed and will therefore result in a further delay to the computer scanning process.
