Important Information on Completion of the PACES Marksheets
Please note that failure to comply with the following instructions will mean a delay in the processing of candidate results.

Please check all marksheets carefully for correct entry and completion of Centre Number, Candidate Number and Examiner Number e.g.

2. |
Number boxes should be scored individually and not scored across columns for double digits:

3. |
Centre/Candidate Numbers of less than four digits must be scored using prefixed Zero/s:

4. |
A scenario number is required at stations 2, 4 and 5. |
|
5. |
Additional comments for feedback can be recorded on the reverse of the marksheet. Please ensure that it is indicated which skill the examiner's comments apply to. |

6. |
All 16 marksheets must be collated per candidate and in order (i.e. 1-1 2-2 etc.) |
|
7. |
Please ensure that all examiners sign their marksheets. Unidentifiable marksheets will be returned to the Centre before they can be processed and will therefore result in a further delay to the computer scanning process. |
